Gambia : Its consider rare country and quite difficult to get written and stamped postcard from there, i feel so lucky that Marie got my address. tqsomuch.

its been few months.. sorry for not updating any of your postcards here.. i've received hundreds of beautiful postcards this few months, i sincerely thanks all of you for being such a great postcrosser / swap friends throughout the years.
some personal issue has been stressing me out these few months, not so great to be honest.
but i'm here, still :) ♡♡

43 Postcards Today! ♡

Today, 15/01/2025 i went to post office and was amazed by the quantity of postcards lying there waiting for me to pick up:) 43 postcards from 18 Countries! hurray!:) they are from Germany, Finland, Italy, Russia, GreatBritain, Netherland, Japan, India, Singapore, Taiwan, USA, Norway, Estonia, China, Sweeden, UAE, Switzerland...and lastly the one i was so excited to announce is from PR = Puerto Rico! woww..what a rare! i will uploads some postcards here soon, :)

i visit post office 3rd times a week, so please dont think that the accumulations of postcards is bcoz of the late picking them from the box.. ohh no no :) i do understand this will be not fair for the sender if i register their postcards late. i always register on the same day i received :)

42 Postcards a Day...!

At this very moment.. i was left speechless with so much Joy in my heart.. after patiently waiting for almost 2months, non stop sending ( I have been sending 88 postcards from Sept 13  – Nov 1st ) and today is the day,arrival of 42Postcards in my postbox! 42 postcards from 8 Countries.. can you imagine my heart beating faster than usual :D This is one of the best feelings which can never be explained in words. The long lost excitement is finally here again... i was moved to tears.

Each of these Postcards contains a little beating heart and loads of love. It is a fleeting moment of connection with a stranger.. you see, Life is a series of beautiful encounters.. don't you agree?:)The joy of sending and receiving postcards cannot be described but has to be experienced, and it doesn't matter how many postcards you've sent,it's important that you can brighten up someone's day :)

Postcrossing has always been a safe space for me where i could relax and have interesting conversations with nice peoples around the world. There are so many warm-hearted people here who go the extra mile just to put a smile on a stranger's face.and for me personally, It's more than just a hobby: it's a therapy, something that helps me deal with the consequences of being an introvert.. It's a wonderful way to stay connected,  and to learn about cultures, language and help me a lot in improving my english.

Postcrossing is the embodiment of hope, In this fast-moving world, it reminds us to be patient and accept there are things that are beyond our control..
( sent 88 and waiting for your turn to received postcards is another level of patience😅 )

I must say this is the most precious collections of Cambodia Postcards i ever get! they are so rare and wonderful collection of postcards.. i find no words to thank my dear friend for this gift..

Australia !

Sydney Harbour Bridge, Australia.

Completed in 1973 - conceived and largley built by Danish architect Jorn Utzon. it is a multi-venue performing arts centre located in Sydney, New South Wales. the building covers 4.5 acres, its 183M long and 120M wide at its widest point. it is suported by 588 concrete piers sunk 25m below the sea level. The roof is covered with glossy white/cream coloured tiles which numbered 1,056,006!. the completed cost in 1973 was 102 milions, completed after 10 years late and cost 14 times more than the original estimated cost !

Uluru-Kta Tjuta National Park - UNESCO

an immense monolith - which along with Kata Tjuta, rock domes located west of Uluru, form the National Park which the traditional laND owners are the Anangu Aboriginal people. Uluru also called Ayers Rock, stands 348m high and measures 9.4km in circumference. it is also notable will changing color as light strikes on it at different times of the day and year.

though i already have similiar of this one via private swap, but its really a great feeling to received another postcard of Colosseum, surprisingly via official arrangement and from a great swap friend! thanks a lot Francesca of Roma Italy:) i wish you will get my adress again someday in future:D!!

Perched upon Marpo Ri hill, 130 meters above the Lhasa valley, The Potala Palace rises a further 170 meters and is the greatest monumental structure in all of Tibet. It was Originally built in 7th century and very famous for its grand buildings, complicated constructions, devotional atmosphere and splendid artworks.


Construction of the Palace began in 1645 during the reign of the fifth Dalai Lama and completed at 1648 by the Potrang Karpo. Some additional work was added between 1690 and 1694. The construction itself required the labors of more than 7000 workers and 1500 artists and craftsman.

Now it has become the religious and political center of Tibet, all the chapels and their artifacts are very well preserved.

PH-8364 - Paoay Church Ilocos Norte

wow!!! my first official postcard from Philippines!..:)

Paoay Church,the best known earthquake Baroque church in the Philippines which has been included in the UNESCO World Heritage list. The cornerstone of the church was laid by the Augustinian missionaries in 1704 while the cornerstone of the belfry was laid in 1793. The people already used it even before completion in 1894,but it was formally inaugurated on February 28,1896. It is said that large coral stones were used for the lower level of the church structure,and bricks were used for the upper levels. The walls which were made of coral blocks,tree sap,lumber and stucco-plastered bricks are 1.67 meters (more than 3 feet) thick,and are supported by 24 massive buttresses of intricate design.The church was partially destroyed twice by earthquakes in 1706 and 1927.In the restoration,permanent columns were built to support the ceiling. Today,this uniquely beautiful church still stands, wowing tourists with its majestic structure of Oriental,Gothic and Baroque influences.

The Terracotta Army are the Terracotta Warriors and Horses of Qin Shi Huang the First Emperor of China. The terracotta figures, dating from 210 BC, were discovered in 1974 by several local farmers near Xi'an, Shanxi province, China near the Mausouleum of the First Qin Emperor.The figures vary in height (183–195cm - 6ft–6ft 5in), according to their role, the tallest being the generals. The figures include warriors, chariots, horses, officials, acrobats, strongmen, and musicians. Current estimates are that in the three pits containing the Terracotta Army there were over 8,000 soldiers, 130 chariots with 520 horses and 150 cavalry horses, the majority of which are still buried in the pits.
