Kinkakuji Temple - The Golden Pavillion

Listed on UNESCO's World Heritage List in 1994, Kinkaku-ji (Temple of the Golden Pavilion) is the popular name of Rokuon-ji (Deer Park Temple), a temple dedicated to the Buddhist Goddess of Mercy, Kannon.

Greetings from Land Below The Wind @ Sabah, I’m Carol, 48 and had lived all my life here in Borneo Island of Malaysia, wonderful place surrounding by the beauty of nature..nice & friendly peoples around.

It’s a great feeling to open my postbox and knowing that postcard is there (instead of bills, statements, invoices, etc…..). Postcard arrived from someone somewhere in this world, at least we have a good reason to visit post office more often than usual, don’t you? :)
