Orangutan...💕

Receiving an Orangutan Postcard is one of my biggest wish on Postcrossing. And among the 42 postcards arrived recently, two of them are Orangutan Postcards! whoooaaahhh i'm over the moon ;) :) Orangutan postcard never fails to make me smiling from ear to ear everytime i found them on my postbox.

..And because of Orangutan Postcards, i get to know one very kind friend, who is a very successful publisher in Sabah, A keen naturalist, illustrator and photographer too. During the early years of my Postcrossing journey since 2008, he gave me thousands of Postcards as a gift, very supportive friend in term of Postcards, always sent me postcards when he's travelling aboard, and even buy some extra, bring back to sabah for me. i will be forever grateful to know this great person! Good friend are really hard to find.

This postcard depicts an Orang-utan, photographed at Sepilok Sandakan years ago. and not long after photographing her, this female orangutan died because of sickness..
